Final Words

My fellow happiness builders, pat yourselves on the back for making it through this six-week journey within! I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did, and if just one person was helped along the way, I'll consider it a job well done.

Please feel free to download and keep the workshop for later referencing. Some of the material can be applied to so many different situations, that it's worth keeping for a rainy day. The workshop will be taken offline at the end of June (please note the extension).

Heartfelt thanks to all participants, especially those who shared. I shall hold a vision of each and every one of you gaining the happiness in life you seek.

Stop and touch a rose, a tree, the grass, a butterfly. One must truly look at life to become a part of its joyful expression.
